Nestled amongst the vineyards of Sonoma wine country and surrounded by the beautiful gardens at Vintners Resort, are three authentic, rustically elegant dining venues to entice locals and visitors alike. Known for our emphasis on seasonal cooking, Chef Tom Schmidt works with over 30 local farmers and food producers, as well as sourcing from on-site fruit, vegetable and herb gardens, to prepare exceptional dishes to pair with wines from California wine country.
John Ash & Co. was the first farm-to-table restaurant in Sonoma County, and one of the only locations in the area offering al fresco dining with a vineyard backdrop.
Open for dinner, Tuesday through Sunday (closed Monday) from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The Front Room Bar & Lounge, adjacent to John Ash & Co., is a popular gathering place for wine, cocktails and small plates where guests and locals can relax and unwind while enjoying one of the best happy hours in town.
